1. One of the most boring times is when I was in a speech class and a student was giving a presentation on basketball. I was completely bored! I can't even remember a single thing about it besides the fact that it was about basketball. One of the good presentations that I've seen actually happened in the same speech class. It was given by my speech professor trying to demonstrate on how a good presentation looks.
2. Well one way of proving multitasking deters progress is comparing it to a personal situation that happens to me a lot. I can be sitting at home trying to make a presentation or writing a paper and I'll be distracted by my family or my dog (she loves attention), I'll start trying to rush through just so I can get it over with or my work will turn out bad because I'm giving attention to my dog while writing a paper.
3. Information I can use would be reliable sources. I could also have someone try to demonstrate it. Have them go through the process. Get an example of them not working out and trying to work then wait a couple days and have them exercise and do work and see how much better they do.
4. I can go back through and try to take the wording out of my presentation and try to find visual representation that can still get the point across. Overall it would help everything look better and help people remember them.
5. Like it was mentioned in the presentation most of the power point slides I/or anybody else has really made their presentations look boring and filled with so much information that it is hard to pay attention and people get lost, but if you add more popping visual effects then people remember information a lot easier.

Unit 2: Blog 1
My proposal is pretty much the same as it was in the beginning. I'm creating a website that informs parents the health problems their children are at risk for when they are overweight/obese. I will also have a game that is going to help children loose weight. Working with the PSA video has made me want to make a better/ more professional one that I want to put on my website. As of right now I am still using the website as my main thing. I downloaded a template for my website and will be filling it in with my information so it looks more descent. I didn't choose a new technology because my plan has been pretty contestant. .

Efforts for Website
To begin I went to wix.com to find a template. I chose one that had a relaxing theme to it, but educational. I went and changed the tab names to appropriate ones that relate to my topic. Then I changed the color theme to a blue base, so when people feel more comfortable on it. I also added my PSA. I'm still working on it. Eventually I will have more information on it about childhood obesity.

Efforts for PSA
For my PSA I researched facts on obese children to help show how bad childhood obesity is getting. I went and found some pictures of obese children, and found some hopeful music to play along with my video. I made it kinda of slow so it can since into people more.

POST C
Since my project is about childhood obesity my main parts of my project will be the website I create and the game that parents will be able to print off. At my table I will have the game printed off so people can see it. As of right now I will probably have my poster set up on my table. I'm thinking of bring a doll that demonstrates an overweight/obese child. For my dress I would be formal, to look like I know what I am talking about. You want to be taken serious, so it really looks like you know what you did. My biggest points our pointing out how bad childhood obesity is getting and showing what will happen if nothing is changed. I will also be showing why parents influence their child so much and what they can do to help change it. I will not be having a brochure. I will also have it to where people can see my website and go through it.
